REGULAMIN CAMPINGU
1. Każdy, kto przebywa na terenie campingu, zobowiązany jest do przestrzegania przepisów prawa i postanowień niniejszego regulaminu.
2. Przebywający na terenie campingu bezpośrednio po przyjeździe zobowiązani są dokonać formalności meldunkowych w recepcji, okazując dokument tożsamości ze zdjęciem oraz uregulować należność za cały okres pobytu, według cennika.
3. Doba pobytowa na campingu trwa od 14.00 do 12.00 dnia następnego.
4. Cisza nocna obowiązuje od godziny 22.00 do 6.00 rano.
5. Brama wjazdowa będzie zamknięta w godz. 23.00 do 6.00 rano i w tym czasie otwierana na żądanie osób wjeżdżających lub wyjeżdżających.
6. Na campingu znajdują się odpowiednio oznakowane szalety, natryski, a także inne urządzenia służące utrzymaniu czystości i higieny.
7. Miejsce kwaterunku, a także przyłącza energii elektrycznej określa wyznaczony pracownik campingu.
8. Do wjazdu pojazdami mechanicznymi oraz rowerami na teren campingu uprawnione są wyłącznie osoby, które otrzymały zgodę od administratora.
9. Turysta zmotoryzowany otrzymuje kartę wjazdową, którą należy umieścić w prawym dolnym rogu przedniej szyby samochodu – miejsce postoju wskazuje obsługa campingu. Kartę należy okazywać przy wjeździe i wyjeździe z campingu.
10. Turysta ma prawo do przebywania na campingu i korzystania ze wszelkich świadczeń i usług przewidzianych w zawartej i uiszczonej opłacie pobytowej.
11. Osoby niepełnoletnie powinny znajdować się pod nadzorem rodziców lub osób, które są za nie bezpośrednio odpowiedzialne.
12. Odwiedzający i goście mogą przebywać na terenie campingu w godzinach 7.00-22.00, jeśli zostało to uprzednio zgłoszone personelowi campingu. Powinni oni uiścić stosowne opłaty i przestrzegać przepisów niniejszego regulaminu.
13. Użytkownicy campingu obowiązani przestrzegać przepisów przeciwpożarowych oraz sanitarno- epidemiologicznych.
14. Przebywający na campingu w szczególności zobowiązani są do:
1) utrzymywania porządku i czystości wokół miejsca zakwaterowania,
2) korzystania z urządzeń campingu w sposób kulturalny oraz niepowodujący uszkodzeń ani pogorszenia ich stanu technicznego,
3) racjonalnego korzystania z wody pitnej oraz wody ciepłej w trakcie mycia i kąpieli,
4) mycia naczyń tylko w miejscach do tego wyznaczonych,
15. Na terenie campingu zabrania się:
1) palenia ognisk,
2) używania otwartego ognia w przyczepach campingowych, camperach i namiotach,
3) grillowania poza miejscem do tego wyznaczonym,
4) używania bez zgody administratora urządzeń elektrycznych niebędących wyposażeniem campingu,
5) dewastowania infrastruktury campingu,
6) zakłócania porządku na polu campingowym,
7) zaśmiecania terenu pola campingowego,
8) wnoszenie przedmiotów mogących stanowić zagrożenie bezpieczeństwa współuczestników,
9) załatwiania potrzeb fizjologicznych poza toaletami,
10) wprowadzania psów do łaźni i stołówki,
11) okopywania przyczep campingowych, namiotów,
12) ogradzania lub wydzielania terenu biwakowania bez zgody administratora,
13) mycia samochodu na terenie campingu,
14) ruchu pojazdów mechanicznych z wyjątkiem przypadków związanych z koniecznością wjazdu i wyjazdu do i z miejsca postoju
15) zakłócania ciszy nocnej.
16. Osoba korzystająca z campingu odpowiada za wszelkie szkody wyrządzone w wyniku uszkodzenia, zniszczenia lub utraty rzeczy stanowiących wyposażenie campingu.
17. Turysta ma prawo posiadać na campingu zwierzęta pod warunkiem zachowania stosownej higieny oraz posiadania świadectw ważnych szczepień ochronnych. Wyprowadzane psy powinny być trzymane na smyczy i wyprowadzane w kagańcu. Utrzymanie czystości związanej z pobytem zwierząt na terenie campingu należy do właścicieli.
18. Naruszenie zasad niniejszego regulaminu oraz norm współżycia turystycznego przez zakłócenie spokoju, nadużywania alkoholu itp, może pozbawić turystę możliwości dalszego pobytu na campingu, bez prawa zwrotu opłaconych należności za pobyt.
19. W czasie pobytu należy odpowiednio zabezpieczyć swoje mienie pieniądze, papiery wartościowe, karty, cenne przedmioty, itp. - administrator campingu nie ponosi jakiejkolwiek odpowiedzialności za ich ewentualne zagubienie lub kradzież, jak również za uszkodzenie czy zniszczenie przyczepy campingowej, kampera, namiotu, samochodu lub innych dóbr przywiezionych przez gościa na camping, ich akcesoriów i zawartych w nich przedmiotów.
20. Użytkownikowi nie przysługuje zwrot opłaconych należności w przypadku opuszczenia campingu w terminie wcześniejszym niż pierwotnie zadeklarowany i opłacony.
21. Na terenie campingu zabronione jest prowadzenie jakiejkolwiek działalności komercyjnej bez zgody administratora.

CAMPSITE REGULATIONS
1. Every person abiding the premises of the campsite is obliged to comply with the rules of the campsite.
2. The tourists arriving to the campsite are obliged to fill in the registration form immediately after arrival. They must show the identity document with the photo and pay the charge according to the price list.
3. The stay day on the campsite lasts from 14 (2p.m.) till 12 (noon) the next day.
4. The period of night silence lasts from 22 (10 p.m.) till 6 a.m.
5. The gate will be closed between 23 (11 p.m.) till 6 a.m. and opened for the request of the arriving or leaving guests.
6. On the campsite there are properly marked toilets, showers, and other facilities for keeping cleanliness and hygiene.
7. The exact place of accommodation and electricity point is indicated by a campsite worker.
8. Only people who got the permission from the administrator of the campsite are allowed to get into the premises of the campsite with their cars and bikes.
9. A motorized tourist receives an entrance card, which should be placed in the right lower corner of the windscreen – the place of sojourn is indicated by the campsite worker. The card should be shown while arriving and leaving the campsite.
10. The tourist has the right to stay on the premises of the campsite and use all the facilities and services included in the price of accommodation.
11. Underage persons should be under parents’ care or in care of people responsible for their safety.
12. Visitors and guests can abide on the campsite premises between 7 -22 (10 p.m.) if it was previously notified to the campsite staff. They should pay appropriate charge and follow the above regulations.
13. The users of the campsite are obliged to comply with fire regulations as well as sanitation and epidemiologic regulations.
14. The users of the campsite are particularly obliged to:
1) keep the area around their encampment clean and tidy,
2) exploit the campsite facilities in a cultural way in order not to cause damage or deterioration of their technical condition,
3) use drinking water and warm, washing water rationally,
4) wash the dishes only in the appropriate washing space.
15. On the grounds of the campsite it is forbidden:
1) to kindle bonfires,
2) to use open fire in the caravans, campers and tents,
3) grill in the areas other than adapted for this purpose,
4) use electrical appliances that do not belong to the campsite equipment without permission of the administrator,
5) devastate infrastructure of the campsite,
6) disturb order on the campsite,
7) litter the grounds of the campsite,
8) carry objects that might pose a threat to the safety of other residents,
9) satisfy physiological needs outside the toilets,
10) lead dogs and other pets into bathrooms or canteen,
11) entrench trailers, caravans or tents,
12) fence or demarcate the area of camping,
13) wash the car on the grounds of the campsite,
14) drive motor vehicles except for the cases of arriving and departing from the parking place,
15) disturb the period of night silence.
16. The user of the campsite is responsible for all the damage caused by damaging, destroying or losing properties and things being part of the equipment of the campsite.
17.The tourists have the right to keep pets on the campsite grounds on condition that the owners keep their animals and the area clean and take the hygiene measures. The owners must also have valid prophylactic vaccination cards. Dogs must be walked on a leash and with muzzles.Keeping cleanliness connected with keeping pets is responsibility of their owners.
18. Breaching and violating above regulations and canons of coexistence and social relations by peace distraction, overusing alcohol etc., may deprive the tourists of the right to stay on the campsite, without refund of the money they charged for the stay.
19. During stay on the campsite you must secure your belongings, money, important documents, credit cards and valuables because the administrator of the campsite does not bear responsibility for losing them or theft. Neither does he bear responsibility for damage or destruction of caravans, campers, tents or any other properties and accessories brought to the campsite by the tourists.
20. The user does not have the right to claim the refund of the money in case of leaving the campsite in time earlier than declared and charged.
21. On the grounds of the campsite it is illegal to run any commercial activity without permission from the administrator.

CAMPINGPLATZORDNUNG
1. Alle Gäste haben auf dem Campingplatz die rechtlichen Vorschriften und diese Ordnung zu befolgen.
2. Sie sind verpflichtet, gleich nach der Ankunft die Meldeformalitäten an der Rezeption zu erledigen, indem Sie Ihren Ausweis oder Pass vorzeigen und laut dem Preisverzeichnis die Campinggebühren bezahlen.
3. Der Aufenthaltstag dauert von 14.00 Uhr bis 12.00 Uhr des folgenden Tages.
4. Die Nachtruhe ist Pflicht von 23.00 Uhr bis 6.00 Uhr morgens.
5. Das Einfarhtstor ist von 23.00 Uhr bis 6.00 Uhr morgens geschlossen und kann auf Wunsch der Campingbenutzer, die ankommen oder wegfahren, geöffnet werden.
6. Auf dem Campingplatz befinden sich entsprechend gekennzeichnete Toiletten, Duschen und andere Einrichtungen, die der Körperpflege und Hygiene dienen.
7. Die Einquartierungstelle und Stromanschluss werden von dem betreffenden Campingangestellten zugeteilt und hingewiesen.
8. Zur Einfahrt mit den Fahrzeugen und Fahrrädern auf den Campingplatz sind nur Personen berechtigt, die die Zustimmung des Administrators bekommen haben.
9. Der Kraftfahrer bekommt eine Einfahrtskarte, die in der rechten Ecke unten der Windscheibe plaziert werden sollte, die Parkstelle wird von der Campingbedienung gezeigt, die Einfahrtskarte ist bei der Einfahrt und Ausfahrt zu zeigen.
10. Die Touristen sind berechtigt, sich auf dem Campingplatz aufzuhalten und alle Einrichtungen und Dienste in Anspruch zu nehmen, die laut der begliechenen Gebühren ihnen zustehen.
11.Die Minderjährigen sollen von den Eltern oder den Erwachsenen, die für Sie verantwortlich sind, betreut warden.
12. Die Besucher und die eingeladenen Gäste dürfen auf dem Campingplatz von 7.00 Uhr bis 22.00 Uhr weilen, wenn das bei dem Campingstaff gemeldet wurde. Sie sollen entsprechende Gebühren bezahlen und die Vorschriften dieser Ordnung befolgen.
13. Die Campingbenutzer sollen die Brandschutz- und Sanitärvorschriften beachten.
14. Die Campingbenutzer sind insbesondere verpflichtet:
1) Die Ordnung und Sauberkeit ihrer Einquartierungsstelle zu halten.
2) Die Einrichtungen des Campingplatzes auf eine angemessene und kulturelle Weise zu benutzen, so dass es keine Beschädigungen und Verschlechterung des technischen Zustendes entstehen.
3) Vernunftig das Trinkwasser und Wasser zum Waschen und Duschen zu gebrauchen.
4) Das Geschirr nur an zu diesem Zweck eingerichteten Stellen abzuwaschen.
15. Auf dem ganzen Gebiet des Campingplatzes wird es verboten:
1) Das Lagerfeuer einzurichten
2) Das Feuer in den Campinganhängern, Camperautos oder Zelten zu gebrauchen.
3) An den nicht zu dem Zweck bestimmten Stellen zu grillen.
4) Ohne die Zustimmung des Administrators des Campingplatzes elektrische Einrichtungen zu gebrauchen, die nicht zu der Ausstattung des Campingplatzes gehören.
5) Die Infrastruktur des Campingplaztes zu beschädigen.
6) Die Campingordnung zu verletzen.
7) Den Campingplatz zu verunreinigen.
8) Die Gegenstände auf den Campingplatz einzuführen, die eine Gefahr für die Campingbenutzer bilden könnten.
9) Die physiologischen Bedürfnisse auβerhalb der dazu bestimmten Einrichtungen zu befriedigen.
10) Die Hunde in die Küchen oder Baderäume einzuführen.
11) Die Anhänger oder Zelten zu verschanzen.
12) Ein Biwak zu errichten und abzugrenzen ohne Zustimmung des Campingadministrators
13) Die Autos auf dem Campingplatz zu waschen.
14) Die Fahrzeuge zu befahren mit Ausnahme von der Notwendigkeit der Einfahrt auf das Campinggelände oder der Ausfahrt aus dem Campinggelände.
15) Die Nachtruhe zu stören.
16. Die Campingbenutzer haften für jegliche Schäden, die infolge der Vernichtung, der Beschädigung oder des Verlusts der Ausstattung des Campingplatzes entstehen.
17. Die Touristen sind berechtigt, die Haustiere auf den Campingplatz einzuführen, vorausgesetzt besitzen die Tiere gültige Zeugnisse der Schutzimpfungen. Die Hunde sollen an der Leine und mit dem angelegten Maulkorb ausgeführt werden.
18. Die Verletzung dieser Campingordnung und der Normen des touristischen Zusammenlebens durch Ruhestörung, übermäβigen Akoholkonsum usw. kann den Touristen das Recht entziehen, sich weiter auf dem Campingplatz aufzuhalten, ohne Anspruch auf das eingezahlte Geld für den Aufenthalt auf dem Campingplatz.
19.Während des Aufenthalts sind der Besitz, das Geld, Wertpapiere, Kreditkarten und wertvolle Gegenstände usw. zu sichern. Der Administrator des Campingplatzes haftet weder für den Verlust oder die Diebstahl noch für Beschädigung des Anhängers, des Campers, des Zeltes, des Wagens oder anderer von den Gästen auf den Campingplatz mitgebrachten Sachen.
20. Dem Campingplatzbenutzer steht kein Recht auf Rückerstattung der eingezahlten Summe für den geplannten Zeitabstand, im Falle von der früheren Wegreise.
21. Auf dem Gebiet des Campingplatzes darf keine kommerzielle Tätigkeit ohne die Zustimmung des Campingplatzadministrators ausgeübt werden.
